Single Storey Addition to Stone House 

PROJECT SCOPE
1600sf addition with 2-car garage, and full renovation of single-storey stone house​

EXTERIOR FEATURES
Prefinished wood siding, high end painted vinyl windows with transoms, shingle-like steel roofing.​

INTERIOR FEATURES
Repointed and exposed the original stone walls, added decorative wainscoting to walls, and installed traditional trim features like architrave above doors/windows, crown moulding and high baseboard. A custom kitchen with quartz countertop was installed with a finished wood top to the island. The flooring throughout is engineered hardwood.

Stone House Addition and Renovation

PROJECT SCOPE
Custom 1723 square foot single storey addition with 870 square foot garage and full renovation to 2-storey stone farmhouse.  Covered flat roof porches

EXTERIOR FEATURES
Pre-finished wood vertical board & batten siding to addition, painted vinyl windows, corbel, cupola’s and crown moulding painted decorative accents. Steel roofing to both addition and existing 2-storey stone farmhouse

Immaculate 12’ high ceilings in Great Room addition, engineered hardwood throughout, high end custom authentic painted kitchen with framed cabinets, exposed hinges, large island with wood countertop for comfortable seating.  Exposed original stone walls re-pointed for feature walls.  

East-Zorra Farmhouse Renovation

PROJECT SCOPE
2-storey farmhouse renovation boasting stunning vaulted ceilings in the kitchen/dining area. 

KEY FEATURES
Complete overhaul of the main floor featuring upgraded windows, doors, and flooring. Illuminated with pot lights and new integrated lighting system. Newly designed kitchen and butler's pantry equipped with custom cabinetry and high-end fixtures. Spacious mudroom complemented by built-in cabinets. Convenient main floor laundry accompanied by a 3-piece bathroom. Added functionality with an extra powder room. Character infused with reclaimed and exposed brick in the living area, including a quaint built-in bar beneath the original staircase. 

​Addition and Renovation to Stone Farmhouse 

PROJECT SCOPE
1500sf addition with 2-car garage to existing two-storey stone house, fully renovated. Featured in the London Home Magazine! 

EXTERIOR FEATURES
Stone veneer to entire exterior along with painted vinyl framed windows and doors, arched window accents to front of house. Transom windows to allow for additional natural light throughout house

INTERIOR FEATURES ​
Repointed and exposed original stone walls. Installed custom kitchen with laminate and quartz countertops, and engineered hardwood to the floors. Three spa-like bathrooms with custom vanities and high-end fixtures.

Red Brick House Addition & Renovation

PROJECT SCOPE
An addition and renovation of an existing bungalow with walk-out basement. A 250 sf interior addition, with a 700 sf (2-car) garage to south side of house. 

EXTERIOR FEATURES
The old siding was removed and replaced with new board & batten siding in a dark finish. Existing brick was re-used on the addition. New doors were added and the existing windows were re-sealed and painted. New steel roof. 

​INTERIOR FEATURES
Walls were removed and the old flooring was torn out. The ceiling was vaulted in the main living areas to add more space. Luxury plank flooring was installed, with tile accents in the foyer, mudroom, and bathrooms. The primary bathroom features a pedestal tub, double rain-head glass shower, custom double vanity, and a barn-slide door. The secondary bathroom features a shiplap on the walls, as does the focal wall in the kitchen. The kitchen received all new cabinets, quartz countertops, and new appliances. A large stone fireplace was installed and extends to the full height of the living room. The secondary bedroom features painted wainscoting.
