SHOP WITH OPEN STORAGE

This multifunctional building was constructed to meet diverse storage and workshop needs. The 160’x60’ building includes a 40’x60’ finished shop with a mezzanine and a 120’x60’ open storage area at the rear. The exterior features durable steel cladding for the walls and roof, along with galvanized steel posts and beams for the open storage section. A 24’ Polycarbonate overhead door provides convenient access to the finished shop. Inside, the shop is built with ½” plywood walls, steel cladding on the ceiling, and a 10’x60’ wood-framed mezzanine with steel railings and removable sections for flexible storage. The entire shop area is completed with a finished concrete floor, ensuring durability and practicality.
