GRANT TRANSPORT

We constructed a comprehensive service shop for Grant Transport, measuring 80’-0” x 150’-0”. The facility includes a finished maintenance shop of 80’-0” x 50’-0” and a substantial trailer storage area of 80’-0” x 100’-0”. The exterior features durable steel cladding for the roof and side walls, complemented by a 9,500 square foot concrete pad to accommodate heavy vehicles. Inside, the maintenance shop is equipped with a specialized maintenance pit for servicing tractor trailers, steel cladding on the walls and ceiling for durability, a mezzanine office for improved operational oversight, and a C.O exhaust system with necessary sensors. Additionally, the facility is designed with floor drains and an oil interceptor for efficient waste management.
