EXPRESSWAY FORD

We constructed a storage shop for Expressway Ford, measuring 56’-0” x 58’-0”, complete with a fully finished interior. The facility features a 42’-0” x 20’-0” mezzanine that includes an office and bathroom, supported by helical piles and a robust concrete foundation wall. The exterior showcases durable steel cladding on both the roof and sidewalls, with awnings over the overhead and man doors. The site is enhanced with asphalt paving that integrates seamlessly into the existing driveways, complemented by steel bollards at the doorways for added safety. Inside, the shop boasts steel cladding on the walls and ceilings, with rustic pine board and batten used for the mezzanine, office, and bathroom walls. Custom-built rough pine interior doors add character to the space. The facility is equipped with a C.O system that exhausts to the exterior, radiant heating for comfort, and a painted steel guard rail on the mezzanine, with drywall used for the interior office walls.
