The Dentistry at University Downs project involved the renovation and expansion of a thriving dental practice. This comprehensive project added significant functionality and comfort to the clinic by expanding into an adjacent commercial unit. New treatment and consultation rooms were constructed, the reception area was renovated, and functional staff spaces, along with updated washrooms, were incorporated into the design.
With a focus on precision, we ensured all electrical, water, and HVAC systems were expertly installed to support the advanced technology and specialized equipment required for each treatment room. Custom millwork was crafted for every space, maximizing efficiency and ensuring staff could access everything they needed within arm’s reach, enhancing both patient care and operational workflows.
